Working from the theoretical models provided by Peter Senge et al in their work on Presencing, and well as collaborator Otto Schwarmer’s work called Theory U, they help leaders and workers in organizations to think systemically, and to take matters less personally, as they learn to work in collaboration with one another, in contrast to traditional leader-follower models.
